Is there a minimum term or a lock-in contract?

Settlements slip and renovations run over, which is exactly why tying storage to a fixed term makes no sense for most people. If your timeframe is genuinely long, say so, because longer terms usually attract a better monthly rate.
What’s the difference between this and self storage?
Who does the work. Self storage rents you an empty unit and everything else is yours to organise, including the vehicle, the loading and the two trips. Managed storage means we collect from your door, wrap it, store it and bring it back. The trade-off is access. You cannot drop in unannounced, because your goods sit in a working facility rather than behind your own roller door.
Can I get to my things while they’re in storage?
Yes, by arrangement rather than on the spot. Tell your coordinator which items and give us notice, and we pull them for you. It is worth thinking about this before you book. Do you pick up and deliver, or do I bring it in?
